The Academy operates on a classroom and lab model, combining group instruction with hands-on individual application.

Monthly Group Sessions — Each month, your team joins a 3-hour virtual session with four other facility management companies. These sessions are structured around teaching blocks where I present frameworks, methodologies, and tactical tools, followed by structured discussion where companies share insights and learn from each other’s experiences.

The program works best with no more than two primary participants per company engaging in the group sessions. Additional team members are welcome to sit in and listen during group sessions, and you are welcome to bring as many people as you like to your individual coaching sessions.

The Peer Group Experience

Each Academy group includes five facility management companies. This small group size ensures everyone gets airtime, builds real relationships, and learns from peers facing similar challenges. You will be in a room (virtually) with other owners and sales leaders who understand your world: the complexity of multi-site contracts, the dynamics of procurement, and the challenge of standing out in a competitive market.

 

The curriculum is designed to be consumed in a classroom style. Each participant can navigate how much they want to engage or share in the group forum. The sessions are focused on learning and applying the frameworks, not on sharing proprietary sales strategies or operational details. Many Academy participants find the peer relationships as valuable as the curriculum itself.
